Internet connection keeps going and I have no idea why. Just started doing it.

Dam internet keeps going. I use Nowtv internet. I keep pressing the reset button and it comes back eventually but only for a while then it goes again. It's flipping infuriating and ruining my viewing of everything. Iv checked all the wires and nothing is loose or out of place. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate hearing them Thanx

Have same problem with both the stick and the box.

This is a software problem that Now tv needs to address.

Wifi is ok full signal on SSE provider 34mbs speed.

 

If not fixed binning faulty equipment and going to netflix.

This is still a problem for me and i have Vodafone internet connected by cable to the smart tv.

When will this problem be solved?

Last comments where 2018 and 2019!

This is very annoying Now TV!

Thinking of canceling it..

The original poster was complaining about their Broadband connection and their provider is Now TV.

 

For your problems, I suggest going onto Live chat.

As a suggestion I would set your devices back to factory settings to see if that clears things up. Which 9/10 it normally does.

I've tried resetting and it seems ok.. but it happens so randomly that i need to wait and see!
