I am assuming you have misplaced or broken the original NowTV remote if you was using your smartphone App when using your previous ISP router ?
And since the switch of ISP and new Router the App on your smartphone doesn't work to setup & connect the nowtv device on your new wifi network ?
If so, and you still have the previous old Router available (not Virgin) maybe try this useful suggestion on the link below.
