I have a coaxial cable which fits into an aeiral wall socket however not into the Now TV box. What cable do I need to get in order for it to work and access freeview channels?

You'll require a coax cable with male plug at one end and female socket at the other end, something like this

Welcome to the forum. The NOW TV SMart Box just has a bog-standard female aerial input socket in the back, so you should just be able to use the same male-to-male Freeview aerial coaxial lead that you use to connect your TV to the wall socket, assuming your wall socket is the standard kind you expect to find (first picture on this page)
https://www.radioandtelly.co.uk/connectors.html
so I'm surprised it doesn't work for you.
Are you sure it's a rooftop aerial input you have, and not satellite dish feeds, as these won't work with and aren't compatible with the NOW TV Smart Box?
If not are you able to post a picture of your wall socket and leads you use to connect to your TV?

Hi Andy,
I've attached a picture of the wall socket which I believe the coaxial cable should go into at one end (NOW TV Smart Box at the other end)
Could you let me know if this is the correct wall socket?
Thank you

Hi H
Looking at the picture of your TV wall socket, it looks like it should accept a female aerial connector, because the socket looks like a male socket, while the Now TV smart box should accept the male aerial plug, i.e. it should have a female socket like a normal TV.
Therefore, the aerial extension cable you require should be the following:
As originally shown in Andy's screen print
Aerial cable extender
Aerial lead with a male socket at one end and a female connector at the other end.
Co-ax aerial extension lead
Best of luck.
