Fuzzy screen/Bue Screen

Havent used TV box  for a couple of weeks -  switched on today (14/02)  tv logo comes on works through its colours - think its going to home screen, screen is fuuzy/zigzag lines of colour, no writing - unplugged a few times/ left for 10 mins/re-connected, same thing appears!  (All works well on laptop)  HELP!

Bit of a long shot, try a different HDMI port on your television and another HDMI cable with your NowTV box.

 

Does the same symptoms happen if you try the NowTV box on another television in the home (if you have a second television to test on ?).

 

Perhaps try Steps 6, 1 and 2 in this order by following the linked trouble shooting guide below.
