I think I know the answer to this one but I just wanted to check - with the new box, will I only be able to get the same channels via Freeview as I currently get?
My TV receives Freeview via an external aerial outside my house but with an incorrect region. I live in Norfolk but, because of transmitters etc, I can only pick up signals for the East Yorks and Lincs region.
So given that I'd be using the same aerial, and the same cable but plugged in to the new box rather than my TV, will I only get the same channels again or does the new box have some form of 'magic' to deal with such issues?
i guess it's the former, in which case I'll need to get someone in to take a look, but I thought I'd check first.

You are right "no special magic" in the nowtv smart box unfortunately.
Forgot to mention the smart box doesn't support these free to pay Freeview channels linked below.
