Error sign in

Hi. I've been trying to do again my membership after a while, but when it arrives at payment, it says ERROR SIGNING UP, SOMETHING WENT WRONG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. 

Whar shall I do?

I tried to use Safari instead that Chrome but I have the same issue.

Do you have a VPN active? 

Have you tried using your phone data instead of Wi-Fi? 


FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.
