Error code 105

Please can you help? I have a Roku Powered Now smart box which came with a 5 month Entertainment pass. The initial set up worked fine and I could watch digital TV and Now tv. After an hour or so ever time you try to watch anything on Now Tv it says error code 105. What does this mean?

- I can still watch Now Tv on a tablet

-  I can still watch digital TV via the box

-  I have a really good internet connection

- I have reset the box and started again

- I have turned the HDMI cable around.

 

Can you help?

Just let your know, after 3 attempts at live chat and sending a series of emails the situation was never solved and I took the box back to the shop for a refund and got a kindle fire stick instead?

I am getting error -105 on all live channels except Sky 1

 

Does anyone what error 105 is?

I think error code 105 mean your not connected to internet. Not 100% sure
