Guys 2 days ago my box wouldn't connect to internet, I've reset router and the now TV box, still won't connect, it finds the signal but error 009 comes up all the time, it's worked fine since I've had it but all of a sudden , nothing ... Nothing has changed with the internet I don't understand it

Virgin it's a hub 3 , I don't understand how it would suddenly stop after working fine for so long

Long shot but try this for me @Anonymous User
Using the Now TV box remote, press the following buttons in order:
Home Button 5 times
FF 1 time
Play 1 time
RW 1 time
Play 1 time
FF 1 time
In the menu that appears select 'Disable network pings'

Right it's connecting via hotspot but how do I switch it back to virgin as this will chew my data up?

Change to the Virng Router now via Network Settings and make sure pings are still disabled @Anonymous User

Afraid not router is downstairs and no cable either ,
I tried calling virgin but they said it's working fine
