Hi. I also had this problem while using my nowtv box. I tried a few things to rectify this annoying problem but none worked. I then bought a Google  Chromecast, connected it to my tv. I then downloaded the nowtv app to my phone and I'm glad to say by casting from my phone to tv there is no longer any drop in signal. Hope this helps.

Check out my posts, it looks as though you're suffering exactly the same issues - I'm guessing you're with Virgin 🤔

Been having same issue for last week or so, I'm with virgin media. It does same thing at my parents house and they also with virgin media but at my girlfriends house it works just fine and she's with BT

Please can you feedback/ update?
Did setting up a guest on your WiFi work?
If yes, how do you address the issue/ make the fix?
Thanks again appreciate your input....
