Connection dropping

Recently we changed to the new virgin hub now when watching the subscription channels it keeps closing down saying internet connection lost then almost instantly saying internet connected again! It's wired in but also does the same on Wi-Fi. Now tv works fine on the Xbox and it's defiantly not the internet as everything else works fine.

Welcome to the forum. It's an issue that seems to have cropped up with the latest update and seems to affect Virgin users specifically. Have a look at the following thread to read what people have tried with (limited) success (usually around connecting to a guest wifi network instead).

Seems that you are not alone, where Virgin Media Broadband customers have reported issues with lost internet connections when using the nowtv boxes since the latest update.
