Catch up not working

Not able to watch any catch up on TV.  Working ok on MacBook & iPad.

Able to access the apps (iplayer/itv hub/All4) see all available programmes but get error message when trying to watch any.  Have checked WiFi connection, checked for latest updates but been the same for about 24 hours now.

Any suggestions...?
