Can't watch sport or entertainment on TV and I've paid for it

@Anonymous User you'll need to give us a lot more information if the community is going to be any help.
Are you using an external device plugged into your TV and if so, which one?
Or, are you using an integrated app on your TV? (Make and model)
Are you getting an error message?
Is the screen blank and if so what colour is it?
Have you already contacted NowTV help?

Just to follow-up from @Saint1976
Have you tried to unplug your device (assuming its not a tablet or phone) for a few minutes?
Have you tried to log out and back in to the device?
