Hello & good afternoon........................
I am trying to login onto A Now TV Smart Box after a reset and I am getting the message: Sorry, something went wrong, we are working on it.....................can anyone help me please, I have checked my login details and they are all OK

Maybe try factory re setting the smart box again by holding in the reset button on the bottom of the smart box for around 20 secs until you see the " let's get started " message again on your TV screen.
Also, if you have a nowtv username (not forum name) try that instead of your email address when attempting to set up the nowtv box and make sure you are not using a VPN and you are located in the UK.
