Can't access my now tv

I'm having a nightmare!! Please help!! I can't access my now tv app or any of my entertainment cinema or sport packages on my now tv but I can on my phone. I have been sent a new box by now tv and was told I had a faulty box however brand new box just put in and it's still the same. 4 dots loading on the main screen and now I have been told I'm on maximum device because I took my phone and iPad off. I can't get through to customer service.

Please can someone help me!!

Are you using the nowtv smart box shown in the picture below and who is your broadband provider ?

 

With regards to resetting your devices on your account once you have reached the four device limit and made one device change per a calendar month, then you will need to contact live chat from the link below.
