Hi, have a new 4K box. Old one had an aerial socket which we could also watch normal terrestrial tv through, new one hasn’t..how do I get round this?? Any ideas anyone. Plugged aerial into TV and turned to Antenna, nothing !!

Buy a new TV or just use iPlayer, itv hub, all 4 apps etc.

@Anonymous User If you were able to get terrestrial tv with the aerial cable plugged into your old box, but you can’t when you plug the cable into your tv, the solution could be as simple as doing a re-tune on your tv.

Yes could do that with the old box but the new one doesn’t have the aerial cable socket...

@Anonymous User I said do the re-tune on the TV, not the box. Your tv must have a way of being re-tuned.
