I use a Now TV Hub two and ive recently moved house, it was easy to swap over apart from not having wifi for over a week!
My go live date was Yesterday and its still not working!
Can anyone help?
Dont want to be paying for something i'm not using

I am assuming you have tried pressing the reset button on the back of the Hub Router for about 10 seconds ?
You will need to get in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team.
Their contact telephone number should be found under My Account > Broadband & Calls whilst logged in on here, then click on the moving home section until the telephone number appears.
The telephone number is the same number for all enquiries for the NowTV Broadband Team.
