Box not connecting to wifi

We've had our box unplugged for a week or two and now it's not picking up our wifi (which is working). It just says to try scanning again, which ive done mulitple times! Any ideas?

Fyi our NowTV box and NowTV router have not moved position since we last used it

Is your wi-fi router broadcasting its name (SSID)?  If not, you will need to switch that on in the router set-up, or else type in the name of your wi-fi when prompted by the Smart Box for "other networks".
