Hi
I'm getting constant blurred picture when watching sky sports and entertainment passes. Broadband download speed is 12.3Mbps. Can anyone help? Thanks

Sometimes a reboot on your router helps, but there is no guarantee mind.
Haven't got a sports pass to check the live streams for picture issues, with your entertainment pass does the poor picture quality happen on both the entertainment live channels and the on demand stuff as well.
What playback device are you using and is it connected to the Internet over wifi or Ethernet ?

Thanks for your reply.
it was happening on live stream only, on demand stuff was ok. The playback device is Roku black smart box connected via WiFi. Have rebooted both router and Now box and so far seems to have worked! Thanks again for your help

If it happens again, and it's only the live streaming channels causing the problem then it could be the nowtv live stream being the issue rather than your internet connection or your playback device.
I have encountered some issues this week on the live entertainment & cinema streams with regards to PQ (not blurry picture something else) and made the NowTV Team aware of it too investigate further.
