If you are paying £9.99 (full Entertainment subscription price) under My Account > Bills & Payments whilst logged in on here.
Then it looks right to me.
Maybe drop NOW an email asking the question directly to them using the address on this screen shot below.
Also to get your £9.99 price reduced have you tried to cancel it to see if you are given a short term retention discounted deal ?
