Add device

The activation code is not working to add a new device how do I resolve this intried so many different codes when it refreshes and none are working

Can you explain what you mean by activation code? 
From my understanding to log in to your existing account on the app all you need to do is use your login details. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
