Hi we just brought 3 boxes two normal with 3month kids pass, and one smart with 3 month entertainment pass , we got them from Argos in October , after one month we have been charged and looking at the account it says the passes were only for a month ! But we also had the free 14 day trial and this seems to have been cancelled aswell , tried online chat but they wanted the code , I tried to explain that once I entered the code I throw the piece of paper away as I really didn’t think I would be needling it again they were less than helpful and if you don’t answer them very quickly they cut you off !!! Really fealling cheated by this
