We've identified an issue

Hi All, 


Just an update to let you know that we've identified a small issue. 


Some third party billed customers won't be able to see third party billed passes in My Account on a device. You'll still be able to view a full list of Bills and Payments via a web browser. 


We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix. Please note you'll still be able to watch all of your passes. So viewing remains unaffected.
