replace nowtv hub

I've damaged my nowtv hub.... Useless before,certainly is now.... I've attempted to set up my old tplink archer d5 but cant access the internet as username and/or password are not recognized ! Really ? So I'm after a replacement hub,how do I get one sent out and how much will this cost ? Sky won't help when I've rang them up.... Stuck in limbo here,as sky say i have to go online
to sort it through Nowtv yet I've no access other than by using my own mobile internet.someone help please

Welcome to the forum. Easiest way would be to give the Combo Team a ring (NOW TV have their own phone number for Combo customers separate to Sky, free to call from your home phone) and they can advise you.

 

NOW TV have asked us not to give out the number on the forum, but if you don't know it already you'll find it on your My Account > My Package page (look under moving home, even tho you're not!)
