Welcome to the forum. Easiest way would be to give the Combo Team a ring (NOW TV have their own phone number for Combo customers separate to Sky, free to call from your home phone) and they can advise you.
NOW TV have asked us not to give out the number on the forum, but if you don't know it already you'll find it on your My Account > My Package page (look under moving home, even tho you're not!)
