What exactly do you need to know? If you click on "My account" at the top and then on "my package", a lot of information on your combo will be there.

You should already have received your hub and NOW TV box. If you have broadband with your old provider still you can set that up now and watch it if you wish. When your old broadband stops working tomorrow just follow the steps here to set up your hub
