Weird account glitches

Hi all, as a combo customer I've never been able to add vouchers for additional services (my combo includes entertainment but I use vouchers to subscribe to Cinema) and just accepted I had to use the online chat. Today I am able to add vouchers, has this now. Even fixed permanently or is it just a 'positive' glitch? Probably unrelated but my device list wiped itself too. Weird!

Welcome to the forum. It's a deliberate feature you'll be glad to know! NOW TV always meant to have this facility it was just a case of getting round to sorting it out so it worked smoothly with the Combo product. Your device list issue was just a coincidence I suspect, but if you are having trouble with your device list or watching on any of your devices, pop onto live chat and they can help you with that.
