Since plugging in my now tv and phone line my home phone has been constantly engaged and my phone says check line cord ... the test line works ... I have changed phone and line cord but it's still the same ..I have unplugged and tried different connector still the same please can someone help?

Welcome to the forum. I'd recommend giving the Combo Team a call on your mobile as they will be able to check the line and see what's happening with it.

@Anonymous User The NOW TV Team prefer us not to post the number as they end up getting lots of calls from non-Combo users, but I'll send you a private message.

Go to My Account > My Package where there should be a telephone helpline number for NowTV Combo customers.
