Slow Speeds

Hi Everyone

Recently i have noticed really slow speeds with my Superfibre, 12- 14 down and 2-4 up.
Previously i had been enjoying 65- 70 down and 18 -20 up speed.
Nothing has changed at home for this to drop that significantly, if anyone can help i would be more than greatful.

Welcome to the forum. Obvious question but have you tried rebooting your broadband hub? Also log into the hub and click the Maintenance tab to see what downstream connection speed is listed there, this is more accurate than taking a speed test over wifi. If it's still reporting as unusually low I'd suggest giving the Combo Team a ring (free call for Combo customers) and they can check your line to see what's going on.

Yes i have done all the usual procedures, tried wired and wireless both with same output, i get 4498 upstream and 13952 down and thats around about what it has been the past couple of weeks, which is way below speeds of what i am paying for.
I shall give the team a call and find out whats going on.
