Hi Now TV,
My tv and broadband was activated on 11th August, the broadband is way too slow, it means the tv essential doesn't work at certain times of the day, i can can't use the internet. I want to cancel the package and close the account so i can go with a providor who can give me quicker internet, can you help me do this? the online guidance is on cancelled the tv package, but not the broadband.
