Can someone please confirm if the cost of re-activating an existing telephone line is included in the (Brilliant Broadband) setup cost?

Not sure if the two guide help articles linked below answers your question, but worth having a quick read if you are thinking of signing up to the NowTV Broadband Service.

I must admit that i would like a definitive answer to this question too!
A few years ago, the overhead telephone line to our house was brought down in a storm. Which did not bother us much because we're with Virgin Media. But I'd like to keep my options open...
Currently, there's a defunct telephone line that runs along the roof of my house and into my parents garage (formally a granny flat and home office), which could easily be re-run into my house
