Problems watching on other devices despite saying they are connected

Hi, 

 

I've tried to watch my Now Tv package on my iphone and it is saying i have too many devices connected. 

When I log onto my  account it tells me that my iphone is connected, can anyone help how to access this device?

 

 

I usually only watch on the box/playstation but would like to be able to watch the channels whilst on the go on my phone whilst on holiday.

The NOW TV media streaming service is only available to people based within the UK...
