Now TV router vs. Macbook with OS Sierra

Hi all

Our MacBook with IOS Sierra keeps losing the connection to the NOW TV router, then won't reconnect.

- Tried restarting everything.

- Other devices work fine.

- Ran diagnosis on the Macbook and it says there is country setup conflict with the router.  It says the router is DE whereas the MB is UK. Router settings say Europe and i can't change that.

Any ideas???
