Firstly I would check your service status by opening up this link page below and click on the green check service status button.

If the self checker is reporting a fault or any other issue then you can contact either live chat or the broadband team via the link below, click on the most appropriate broadband topic until the contact option buttons show on screen,

I would suggest contacting the NowTV Broadband Team if you are a Broadband customer go to My Account > My Package on here (make sure you are signed in with your account details).
Also, any indication lights showing on the NowTV Router, maybe try powering off the router for say 20 minutes to see if it resets it's self.

Hopefully the NowTV Broadband Team will assist your further, I am not on NowTV broadband myself but I believe the smiley face on the front of the Hub should be white when working correctly.
