No Now TV signal

Just installed my now TV hub. Signal for wi fi really poor. I cannot watch now tv anymore upstairs. Please advise and also do I have any ground to cancel contract. I am very disappointed and angry. Kind regards Ben Inman

I have been switched on for 2 days but only installed this evening.
