Moving From Sky

I am thinking about moving from sky as I never use it and now over £110 a month.  When I tried to register it said broadband not available BUT I have sky broadband at the moment ??  Any idea why ??

Probably best to call the Combo team they can check your line and give you more accurate info, you should find a number to call on your My Account > My Package page

Alternately there should be a live chat bubble pop up on the screen when you work your way through the build your combo on http://www.nowtv.com/combo
