Hi, i have just signed up to Superfast Fibre with a download of max 76mbit. However my broadband went live today and i notice the modem on the router is capped at 52mbit, which is what BT are offering atm on their lower tier fibre, not the 76mbit it is supposed to be. Any suggestions? Thanks, Jason

I have just chatted to them via the live chat and they say the router is now connected at 69.5mbit, and it may have been because it had only been live for a few hours when i checked it. However as im not home i cant validate the speed they quoted. so will have a look when i get home and let you know how i get on. Thanks again for your help and guidance.

Just remember that for 10 day's after your broadband has went live they do test's and your speed may vary @Anonymous User
