Ment to go live today ?

BT cut me off today as requested by now tv for my full Combie bundle to start today .... still no phone line or internet..... is this a common problem with now ?

Since you are a broadband customer, calling up customer services is the best option.

Click "contact us" at the bottom of the link. You will then see a phone number. 

They will be able to see what has gone wrong. 🙂

Ment to go live 8th may .... still no phone or broadband.... getting no answer from now tv ment to have an update today.. not happened so far.

Has the combo team advised if there is a delay in your order or if there is any updates on the case due?
