I want to cancel but can't

My payment is due tomorrow and I want to cancel. I have followed the instruction but I am getting the following message:

 

Entertainment Month PassApply a voucher

Suspended

You won't be able to cancel or apply a voucher to this pass while we're trying to take your payment.
 
I have tried following the instructions for contacting you but am taken on a continuous loop.
 
Please help!

Click and scroll to the bottom and click the green contact us button. You will then see live chat. 🙂
