Welcome to the forum. Yeah, your order should be showing on your My Account > Track My Order page now

One possible explanation could be if you have more than one NOW TV account the order could be linked to a different one to the one you're looking at. Try logging into the website with your email address that the emails are coming to to make sure you are looking at the right one.
However if this doesn't sound likely probably the best thing to do is give the Combo Team a ring, I've always found the team really helpful so your past experience will hopefully be a one-off. You'll find the number on your My Account > My Package page
