Combo order not showing in account

A few weeks ago I ordered NowTV broadband. I was already a subscriber to the Entertainment package, and had moved house and needed Internet.
I phoned NowTV and got a guy who seemed totally uninterested in the whole procedure. He said he'd cancelled the existing package, and added the broadband order with entertainment onto my existing account.
My worry is that there is no record of the order on my account. I got emails saying track the order but there's nothing there and no record of the £44 I paid initially.
The broadband goes live on the 20th, does all the info pop into the account on this date or should it be there already?

Welcome to the forum. Yeah, your order should be showing on your My Account > Track My Order page now

One possible explanation could be if you have more than one NOW TV account the order could be linked to a different one to the one you're looking at. Try logging into the website with your email address that the emails are coming to to make sure you are looking at the right one.

 

However if this doesn't sound likely probably the best thing to do is give the Combo Team a ring, I've always found the team really helpful so your past experience will hopefully be a one-off. You'll find the number on your My Account > My Package page

I'm logging in with the email address the messages are sent to. The first messages said finish setting up your account, but that doesn't work as I already had an account with that email address and was redirected to the sign in page.
I'll have to give them a ring I think.
