Cinema pass Month trial

Cancelled the trial cinema pass on the 17th November which was before the month was up, got a message to say that I could continue watching until the subscription was up on the 20th. Today I have had the money taken out of my account! I need this resolved ASAP

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the cancellation may not have gone through properly and the pass is still active.


Regardung a refund, best to try talking to live chat, explaining the situation and seeing if they can do anything for you. To get there go to the following help page

After you've spoken to live chat don't forget to pop onto your My Account > My Passes and double check all passes are cancelled. I would also recommend enabling your Payment PIN in your account,
