Cancellation of Services

I am getting sick of the amount of times now tv keep limiting my connection. Currently only getting 17MB and a lot of buffering when playing youtube 4k videos. I never had the problem playing them before. I have also been sent a new router recently as the engineer thought it was the router issue. Been fine for 2 weeks now i start getting my connection capped again. I do not believe when you say we are not capping your connection when you well and truly are. 

 

When i had BT Infinity installed some years ago i was getting a 90MB download speed off my line. It was then synced over the day to bring that speed down to around 56MB so it goes to show we are not getting told the truth when it comes to our connecion being capped.

 

We pay the money for a decent broadband speed which we are not currently getting. It has been like this for a total of 3 months now and it feels like i am wasting my money.
