Can't change delivery address

 

Recently ordered the NowTV combo, a week an half before I moved house. I knew it would take two weeks to get the broadband connected, but I listed my current home address as the delivery address so that it didn't arrive at my new house before I got there.

 

Since then, my connection date has been postponed further and I'm now moving house tomorrow without having received the delivery of the NowTV smart box and hub.

 

I've just spoken to NowTV on the phone and its impossible to change the delivery address? They suggested I cancel the order and re-order at the new address, delaying the process another week and a half.

 

Has anyone else had a similar issue? Is it not simple to just stick a label with the new address on the delivery box?
