Broadband speed.

Hi i have been with now tv for some time now and as my broadband is coming to an end i was thinking of taking the combo.

For the last 11 mouths ive been with sky and consistently get 16/17 mbps which i am very happy with.

I also also got very much the same when i was with bt,but now tv estimate is 5-11 mbps.

I was under the impression that now tv bb was just repackaged sky so way the large drop in speed?.

I'd recommend giving the Combo Team a call as they can run a check on your line and advise you enter why you've been given that estimate. You'll find the number on your My Account > My Package page
