The broadband controls are on the same page as the parental controls

If you only see parental controls on that page you are probably logged into a different NOW TV account. To check go to your My Account > My Package page

If you don’t see your combo listed there you need to sign out and sign back in with the correct username (if you are using your new Smart NOW TV box to watch NOW TV on try opening up the NOW TV app on that, going to the My Account screen and check the username there).

I have the same issue, I have tried changing my Parental controls to no effect, I tried turning them off via Broadband Buddy, but nothing changes the restrictions remain.
Do I have to go through Now TV to get them turned off?

i can not access my normal sites - i find it weird as the link to broadband buddy - also comes up with that being blocked - and sends me to the parental restrictions site - NO broadband buddy - and i only have ONE now tv account
so how on earth do i the bill payer, the only person in the house access MY now tv account and settings?
to be honest its not making a very good impression - the severe lack of help nor - no actual phone number - nor why the hell is everything blocked when i was asked if i was bill payer - and i distinctively remembered saying - i am the only person in my house.
be a heck of lot better if you could run through an introduction to applying the settings when you first log in to your account

You can telephone the Combo Team to report this by ringing the number you'll find on your My Account > My Passes page
