@Anonymous User
Welcome to the forum.
Your Broadband Buddy settings are on the same page as your Parental Control settings
http://account.nowtv.com/parental-pin
If you don't see them you might be logged in with a different NOW TV account, make sure you login with the username that you used to sign up to the Combo deal with.

I'm having a similar issue to you and simply not getting anywhere. Broadband buddy is preventling me from accessing the back end of my website/server. Its not even permitting email from the same account server. Everytime I select Broadband buddy to turn it off, the page doesn't connect. The erroe message is "
502 Bad Gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request.
".
I can access my server from any other wired or wireless connection but not my own home broadband. I'm still on a trial period. Not sure if I'll be staying.

If you ring or go onto Live chat on now TV you can get them to turn it off.
I'm thinking of leaving to I'm getting so many problems so far I'm not able
to watch any Now TV movies or entertainment I only paid the bill 6 days ago
they say it's to do with a linked account but they can't unlink it and when
I use that email to sign in now TV doesn't even recognise it. They haven't
helped me at all just keep putting me through the same process. I'm not
happy as I'm paying for services I can't use and now I'm tied into a 12
month bloody contract with something I can't use. Go to a different
provider now TV is good but this is ridiculous.

I'm also getting the same issue and getting the error:
502 Bad Gateway: Registered endpoint failed to handle the request.

I have just found the same circular problem, when encountering a site blocked by the buddy (activated by default presumably) then directed to 'broadband buddy settings' only to arrive at TV parental controls. Useless. Has anyone succesfully found a way through to broadband controls?
