Appalling service

Back in April started having trouble with my broadband picking and choosing when it was working so phoned them for them to do a test over the phone and say they was a fault with the outside connection on my house and they'd book and engineer to fix it, never had any communication back except an email containing my case ID and asking me about my experience when I called. They've let me pay full whack for nearly 5 month for a service that's faulty and won't discuss why I still haven't had an engineer out because I owe them arrears of £44, they haven't adhered to there side of the contract and kept me with the same level of service that I signed into contract with them and anyways of trying to raise a complaint they make impossible to do so why should I pay full price for a service that's faulty that they won't come and fix and won't provide me any logical explanation as to why when they said they would?! Appalling service
