Plugged in my router and NOWTV box yesterday, Monday October 17th, which was my activation date. Sadly no broadband connection and no dialling tone on my phone. Rang up customer services today and they said there is a "fault" in the street cabinet and they're sending an engineer out. previously had BT without any problems with phone or broadband. Told it would be rectified "within five working days". I'll be annoyed if they take my first payment from the proposed "activation date" - i.e yesterday - and not when it finally goes live.
