New customer 15-20mpbs download 0-1mpbs upload

Literally been with now tv for 24 hours upon engineer visit and installing wifi. Lovely 15-20mpbs download and 0-1mpbs upload. Rang/live chat 2131231213 times now, said they can't help and this upload speed is only normal? This upload speed is worst than living in the 90's. 

https://account.nowtv.com/check-service-status/ says there is a fault somewhere and is asking me to ring but yeah no one is helping at all... 

Can't even play any online games as upload speed is so slow. Anyone else having this problem ?

Doesn't seem normal at all. Is it fiber or standard broadband you have @Anonymous User ?

If it's standard it may take up to 10 days for the line to reach maximum capability. However it wouldn't hurt to mess around with channel settings and such from within the router. Only if your using WiFi for your online games of course.

standard + ethernet. recently moved house Living on my own with only a computer and mobile phone using the broadband . Already spoke to a Manager about getting a full refund if its still the same in 10 days. Been talking to livechat/calls all day, pretty useless. Surely even dial up in the 90s would be faster and allow me to game lol

Nah i couldn't imagine not being able to game at all. It's my favourite thing to do after work. Any improvments on speed this morning? @Anonymous User

Pretty sure its capped, no idea how upload speed can be this bad in 2k18. literally only need like 3-5 mpbs upload to game anyway
