How do I turn off broadband buddy?

How do I turn off broadband buddy? Whenever I try it just takes me to tv controls, which are off, and still doesn't get rid of the broadband buddy! Thanks!

Thanks, unfortunately it just does the same thing- you click on broadband buddy settings and it takes you to tv controls instead, which are already off. Thanks anyway!

Not familiar with the NowTV broadband service, is there a telephone helpline number under My Account > My Package where you can contact the broadband team ?

Yeah, I was hoping to avoid having to phone them but think I'll have to. You'd think they'd have an option online, especially since I didn't ask for it in the first place. Thanks for your help!

Same thing again I'm afraid - I click on broadband buddy settings and it redirects to tv controls. I think I'll need to give them a call. Thanks again!

I have exactly the same problem. If I try to change my parental controls (or Broadband Buddy) I'm only given an option to change TV Controls, which I've now turned off but makes no difference as we don't use the TV, and just have broadband.

@Anonymous User One possible reason could be you've signed in with the wrong account, go to your My Account > My Package page and it should give details of your broadband setup if you're logged into the right account. 

 

But if you are logged into the right account and you stil don't get the Broadband Buddy controls then I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call and see if they can help. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page
