Broad band went live yesterday phone up they said it b on by 12 last night still not working

Broadband still not working got told going live yesterday and b up and runing by 12 last night still not working

Same here. Mine was meant to go live yesterday, 26th April 2018, but when I check my account, it says I am still waiting on an order or a visit from an engineer but I am not because it says on the next page that I have my hub aready delivered and it is a self install. Bit of a joke to be honest.

 

Then when I check my connection they cant find my connected hub and so I tell them which one I have but I click on the "smart" hub 2 or whatever and they test my line only to tell me that it is a fault on my end. It can't be. I have unplugged and plugged it in like 50 times.
