Not a good start!

So fiber and phone was meant to switch over yesterday.  Phone appears to work and modem shows a connection but authentication fails.

 

Support say the order is delayed and need to wait upto 72hours.  Had nowtv combo before and had no issues but to expect some to wait 72hours is poor when they havent communicated any delay in the order!

Welcome to the forum. If you give the broadband team a call they might be able to give you an update on what's happening. You should be able to find the number on your My Account > My Package page.

Day 3 of no service and no reply from tier 2. Nobody can even tell me what's the delay or when it can be fixed. Should have stayed with BT 😞
It's odd that the phone works and modem shows a connection (30 down and 8up), just no authentication so shouldn't be hard to remedy!

Final update - service now up and running.  Still no idea what the issue was but at least its working now.
